Sie werden als Matrizen bei der Herstellung von Modellen, Formen und Fertigprodukten verwendet.<br \/>\nGelcoats basieren auf denselben chemischen Grundlagen wie Harze. Sie bestehen aus einem Harz, das mit inerten F\u00fcllstoffen und eventuell Pigmenten vermischt ist, die Farbe und Konsistenz verleihen, sowie einem Mittel, das die notwendige Thixotropie verleiht.
