Bei dieser Verarbeitungsmethode werden Beutel, Folien oder Membranen verwendet, die an eine Vakuumpumpe angeschlossen sind, die ein Vakuum erzeugt, um die darunter liegenden Schichten zu verdichten. Das so erzielte Ergebnis ist besser als bei der Handauflegetechnik und garantiert die Herstellung von Produkten mit hoher mechanischer Leistung, hoher Zugfestigkeit und hervorragender \u00c4sthetik. Dieses Verfahren ist zwar komplexer, bietet aber Vorteile gegen\u00fcber den herk\u00f6mmlichen Methoden. Durch das erzeugte Vakuum wird nicht nur das Laminat verdichtet, sondern auch die im Material enthaltene Feuchtigkeit und das \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Harz entfernt, was eine bessere Leistung des Endprodukts gew\u00e4hrleistet.
