Sie garantiert ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Pr\u00e4zision und Wiederholbarkeit des Prozesses sowie eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere strukturelle Homogenit\u00e4t des Verbundwerkstoffs. Bei diesem System werden vorimpr\u00e4gnierte Materialien (Pre-Preg), Glasfaser-, Kohlenstoff- und Aramidverst\u00e4rkungen verwendet, die mit einem vorkatalysierten Harz impr\u00e4gniert sind, das erst bei bestimmten Temperaturen aush\u00e4rtet. Die Verst\u00e4rkungen werden in die Form eingelegt, die, nachdem sie versiegelt und an das Vakuumsystem angeschlossen ist, in den Autoklaven gestellt wird. Bei definierten Temperaturen und Dr\u00fccken kristallisiert das Harz und nach dem Abk\u00fchlen kann das Bauteil aus der Form genommen werden. Das in der Form erzeugte Vakuum in Verbindung mit dem vom Autoklaven ausge\u00fcbten Druck erm\u00f6glicht es, die meisten intralaminaren und Oberfl\u00e4chenblasen zu entfernen. Einige Prepregs k\u00f6nnen auch ohne den Autoklaven verarbeitet werden, was sowohl aus \u00e4sthetischer als auch aus mechanischer Sicht zu guten Ergebnissen f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br
