Spray-up-Produktionsverfahren geh\u00f6rt zu den schnellsten und kosteng\u00fcnstigsten im Bereich der Verbundwerkstoffe und wird h\u00e4ufig bei der Herstellung gro\u00dfformatiger Bauteile eingesetzt.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Bei der Verarbeitung wird eine offene Form verwendet, in deren Inneren sich eine Gelcoatschicht befindet, die eine hohe Farbqualit\u00e4t des fertigen Produkts gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Anschlie\u00dfend spr\u00fchen wir kurze, aus einer Spezialpistole geschnittene Glasfasern und gleichzeitig katalysiertes Harz in die Form.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Diese Technologie erm\u00f6glicht ein schnelles und gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges Bef\u00fcllen der Form.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Unmittelbar nach dem Ablegen der Bewehrung werden Blasenbrecherwalzen oder Schaber eingesetzt, um die bei der Verarbeitung eingebrachte Luft zu entfernen.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Allerdings weist diese Technik einige Nachteile auf, vor allem das hohe Gewicht des Bauteils aufgrund der gro\u00dfen Menge an Harz, mit dem die Fasern impr\u00e4gniert werden, sowie die schlechten mechanischen und thermischen Eigenschaften.<\/span><\/span>
