Bei diesem Verfahren werden zwei Halbformen (Patrize und Matrize) verwendet, die nach dem Einlegen einer trockenen Faservorform zusammengef\u00fcgt werden. Im zweiten Schritt wird das Harz mit niedrigem Druck durch spezielle L\u00f6cher in die Form injiziert, um die Verst\u00e4rkungen homogen zu impr\u00e4gnieren. Die RTM light\u00ae-Technologie oder vakuumunterst\u00fctzte Harzinjektion (VARI) unterscheidet sich von der herk\u00f6mmlichen Technologie durch das Hinzuf\u00fcgen eines Vakuums. Das in der Form erzeugte Luftvakuum f\u00f6rdert die Harzinjektion, verbessert die Homogenit\u00e4t der Impr\u00e4gnierung und gew\u00e4hrleistet eine h\u00f6here \u00dcbertragungsgeschwindigkeit des katalysierten Harzes in die Fasern. Beide Verfahren erm\u00f6glichen die Herstellung von Produkten mit einer konstanten Dicke, guten mechanischen Eigenschaften und k\u00fcrzeren Produktionszeiten.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<div
