Es zeichnet sich durch die geringeren Kosten des gesamten Produktionsprozesses und die garantierte Reproduzierbarkeit des hergestellten Teils aus. Bei diesem Verfahren werden vor allem Verst\u00e4rkungsfasern durch mehrere Bearbeitungsschritte bis zum fertigen Produkt auf Rollen transportiert. Die Fasern (Glas- oder Kohlenstofffasern) durchlaufen einen Impr\u00e4gnier- und Quetschbeh\u00e4lter, in dem sie mit duroplastischen Harzen impr\u00e4gniert werden. Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Material in eine Stahlform geleitet, die in einen Ofen gestellt wird, in dem die unterschiedlichen Temperaturen das Harz reagieren lassen. Beim Verlassen des Ofens h\u00e4rtet das Harz aus, und das Profil kann dann pr\u00e4zise geschnitten und bearbeitet werden. Die Impr\u00e4gnierung kann auch direkt in der Matrize erfolgen, wodurch ein h\u00f6herer Festigkeitsindex des Materials und eine h\u00f6here Erstarrungsgeschwindigkeit erreicht
