Die Vakuumpumpe muss ein hohes Vakuumniveau garantieren, um die richtige Fl\u00e4chenpressung auf das Laminat zu erreichen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir zusammen mit dem f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen der Branche, DVP, eine Reihe von Pumpen f\u00fcr den Bereich der Verbundwerkstoffe entwickelt, mit denen sich ein g\u00fcltiger Vakuumkreis ohne Verluste und mit kontrolliertem und konstantem Druck aufbauen l\u00e4sst. Neben der Vakuumpumpenreihe haben wir auch eine Reihe von Pumpst\u00e4nden entwickelt, die aus einer oder mehreren geschmierten Vakuumpumpen mit Elektromotor und \u00d6labscheiderfilter sowie einem horizontalen, vakuumdichten und geschwei\u00dften Stahltank mit Kondensatablassventil bestehen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 100%;\"><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='hr av-av_hr-91d7ccd583a503147498e120fee2ff9b hr-default  avia-builder-el-3  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_three_fifth '><span class='hr-inner '><span class=\"hr-inner-style\"><\/span><\/span><\/div><\/p>\n<div  class='flex_column av-av_three_fifth-7714eba142aeda1f8b5272a3c372b279 av_three_fifth  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_hr  el_before_av_two_fifth  first flex_column_div  '     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-ljj584bt-ede08b96da3665cac0ad18404abfaa26 '  ><div class='avia_textblock' ><h6>VAKUUMPUMPEN<\/h6>\n<p>Die Vakuumpumpen der Serie LC-C, die speziell f\u00fcr die Herstellung von hochentwickelten Verbundwerkstoffen bestimmt sind, werden eingesetzt, wenn ein h\u00f6herer Enddruck erforderlich ist und die inneren Teile mit D\u00e4mpfen aggressiver L\u00f6sungsmittel in Ber\u00fchrung kommen k\u00f6nnen. Sie k\u00f6nnen im Dauerbetrieb, innerhalb bestimmter Druckbereiche oder in Verbindung mit zu evakuierenden Beh\u00e4ltern arbeiten, deren Volumen proportional zur Pumpenleistung ist. Ein langfristiger Einsatz bei atmosph\u00e4rischem Druck wird nicht empfohlen. Diese Anlagen bestehen aus verschiedenen Komponenten, darunter eine oder mehrere geschmierte Vakuumpumpen mit Elektromotor und Abgasent\u00f6lungsfilter; ein horizontaler geschwei\u00dfter Stahlvakuumtank mit Kondensatablassventil; ein Patronenfilter vom Typ FCM zum Schutz der Pumpe vor eventuellen Verunreinigungen im System; eine elektrische Schalttafel (Standard-Stromversorgung 400V 50-60Hz) mit Hauptschalterverriegelung, Nottaste, Amperemeterschutz, Drucksensor und SPS, die den Start und den Betrieb der Pumpe im manuellen oder automatischen Modus erm\u00f6glicht, indem sie alle
