Garantiza la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n y repetibilidad en el proceso, as\u00ed como una mayor homogeneidad estructural al composite. Este sistema implica el uso de materiales preimpregnados (pre-preg), refuerzos de fibra de vidrio, carbono y aramida impregnados con una resina precatalizada que s\u00f3lo se endurece cuando se somete a temperaturas definidas. Los refuerzos se colocan dentro del molde que, una vez sellado y conectado al sistema de vac\u00edo, se introduce en el autoclave. A temperaturas y presiones definidas, la resina cristaliza y, una vez enfriada, la pieza puede desmoldarse. El vac\u00edo creado en el molde, combinado con la presi\u00f3n ejercida por el autoclave, permite eliminar la mayor parte de las burbujas intralaminares y superficiales. Algunos preimpregnados tambi\u00e9n pueden procesarse sin la ayuda del autoclave, dando buenos resultados tanto desde el punto de vista est\u00e9tico como mec\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br
