Elle garantit une pr\u00e9cision et une r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 maximales du processus ainsi qu&rsquo;une plus grande homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 structurelle du composite. Ce syst\u00e8me implique l&rsquo;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s (pre-preg), de renforts en fibre de verre, en carbone et en aramide impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sine pr\u00e9catalys\u00e9e qui ne durcit que lorsqu&rsquo;elle est soumise \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures d\u00e9finies. Les renforts sont plac\u00e9s dans le moule qui, une fois scell\u00e9 et connect\u00e9 au syst\u00e8me de vide, est plac\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;autoclave. \u00c0 des temp\u00e9ratures et des pressions d\u00e9finies, la r\u00e9sine cristallise et, une fois refroidie, le composant peut \u00eatre d\u00e9moul\u00e9. Le vide cr\u00e9\u00e9 dans le moule, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 la pression exerc\u00e9e par l&rsquo;autoclave, permet d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer la plupart des bulles intralaminaires et superficielles. Certains pr\u00e9-impr\u00e9gn\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre trait\u00e9s sans l&rsquo;aide de l&rsquo;autoclave, ce qui donne de bons r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;un point de vue esth\u00e9tique
