Le processus implique l&rsquo;utilisation de deux demi-moules (m\u00e2le et femelle) qui seront assembl\u00e9s apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;insertion d&rsquo;une pr\u00e9forme de fibre s\u00e8che. La deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 injecter de la r\u00e9sine \u00e0 basse pression dans le moule \u00e0 travers des trous sp\u00e9ciaux, de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9cise, afin d&rsquo;impr\u00e9gner les renforts de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne. La technologie RTM light\u00ae, ou Vacuum Assisted Resin Injection (VARI), diff\u00e8re de la technologie traditionnelle par l&rsquo;ajout d&rsquo;un vide. Le vide d&rsquo;air cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur du moule favorise l&rsquo;injection de la r\u00e9sine, am\u00e9liorant l&rsquo;homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation et assurant une plus grande vitesse de transmission de la r\u00e9sine catalys\u00e9e dans les fibres. Les deux proc\u00e9d\u00e9s permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des produits d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur constante, de bonnes capacit\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et des temps de production
