Cet article est essentiellement extrud\u00e9 en profil\u00e9s, ayant une forme trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale ou une section profil\u00e9e, et est con\u00e7u pour renforcer et rigidifier les produits moul\u00e9s et les fabrications composites. Insensible aux agents atmosph\u00e9riques et aux sels de chlore, excellente isolation thermique, a une faible absorption d&rsquo;eau et r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la transmission de vapeur d&rsquo;eau. Ces caract\u00e9ristiques et d&rsquo;autres le rendent particuli\u00e8rement utile dans les applications de l&rsquo;industrie maritime, pour la production de structures centrales dans les coques. \u00c9galement fourni en modules, il est utilis\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation de cellules de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de composants d&rsquo;amortisseurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa grande capacit\u00e9
