For over 20 years, Mates deals with an area where speed and efficiency are the key words; the railway sector, it is particularly important for more and more rapid transportation of passengers and therefore requires projects and materials suited to ensure to the customers a high level of comfort for quick movements. Our company provides products and materials that make the veichles lighter and more resistant to minimize power consumption and maximize performances, however, by taking a look at the convenience of the passengers themselves. Among the main, there are resins, auxiliaries and core materials with REI certification (resistant to heat diffusion and thermal insulation) in order to safeguard the safety of passengers, we also propose structural adhesives to assembly composites and internal parts. Mates is therefore able to offer innovative structural materials for the production of light and performing skeletons, but secure at the same time. Choosing the right material cockpit, it is at the discretion of the designer / structural engineer, in accordance with criteria relating to passenger safety and comfort of the transfers. The sector’s technological evolution is followed in parallel by the company thanks to the knowledge acquired over time.
