lamination is the first step towards the realization of high
mechanical performance manufactured goods with high breaking loads and
an aesthetic effect that can be hardly achieved through a hand lay-up.
Vacuum bags can be divided into macro categories, plain flat films or
single-fold, multifold, tubular, and reusable; the first three have to
be fixed to the mold on the four sides, the fourth on two, while the
reusable ones do not require sealing, greatly reducing production
times. All vacuum bags are characterized by a certain elasticity, which
varies according to the material used for the production. We’ve decided
to select a series of vacuum bags, with proper technical
characteristics and variable measures, bringing the final user to the
achievement of a good working technique with few air losses and waste
of materials, ensuring excellent mechanical and aesthetic results.
