Needled
Needled soft structural cores are widely used as an internal structure in order to realize composite manufactured goods, having small dimensions or complex shapes that can not be reproduced with rigid panels. Differently from the other types, these internal reinforcements are able to absorb part of the resin coming from the lamination process, ensuring the formation of a unique structure which is totally integrated and bonded to fibers and reinforcement fabrics, without a sostantial addition of weight to the laminate. Thanks to this feature it is possible to realize very light manufactured goods but with the highest mechanical standards.
