The vacuum bagging process is a step forward compared to manual lamination. This processing method, acts thanks to the use of bags or vacuum membranes, connected to a suction pump that creates a depression and compact the underlying laminate. The result obtained is better than that reached by the hand lay-up technique and ensures the realization of articles having high mechanical performance, high breaking loads and excellent from an aesthetic point of view. This process, although it is more complicated, guarantees of advantages compared to traditional methods; the depression created, in addition to compact the laminate, removes the moisture contained in the material and the excess resin, ensuring better performance of the finished product. The result obtained by this type of processing, ensures a greater rigidity which maximizes the efficiency of the product.
