Customisations

Our company is able to offer specific assistance both for starting a new project and for optimising an already started process. This service is provided by guaranteeing constant assistance by telephone and through field trips by internal or external collaborators, specialised in the process and able to find customised solutions to the main problems. The first phase consists of a primary analysis and definition of the objectives to be achieved. This is followed by the choice of the most suitable process or refinement of the one already in place, seeking a reduction in time and costs through optimisation and customisation of materials.

Core materials (Nomex® or PET®) can be cut to specific thicknesses requested by the customer or pre-formed kits can be requested for specific targets. Resins and gelcoats can be supplied in special colours (RAL) in addition to those in the catalogue. We are also able to create customer-specific kits derived from the cutting of products on a roll (kitting services), in order to reduce working time and costs, avoiding waste and thus optimising process quality.
Special customer requirements can also be met through customisation such as private labels, products without labels or with labels bearing the customer’s logo.
