historical collaboration with most important manufacturers of
autoclaves and industrial ovens and the volume of installation
contracts closed monthly with these homes allows us to access lists
that are hardly proposable to standard requirements. Autoclaves are a
specific tool for the polymerization of thermoplastic materials; this
process allows to increase the mechanical characteristics and the
aesthetic quality of the plastic components by more than 30-40%
compared to materials subject to classical polymerization methods.
Thanks to the help of industrial ovens, it is possible to correctly
perform the post-care cycles defined by the manufacturer of the resin,
obtaining the best mechanical-aesthetic characteristics from each
component.
