In
order to obtain high performance composite products, usually are
adopted processes that require constant and long-lasting vacuum drying.
The vacuum pump must guarantee a high level of depression in order to
obtain a correct surface pressure acting on the laminate. For this
reason, together with the leading company such as DVP, we have created
a series of pumps designed for the field of composites useful for
creating a valid vacuum circuit, without losses and with controlled and
constant pressures. In addition to the vacuum pump line, we have also
decided to support a line of pumping units composed of one or more
lubricated vacuum pumps complete with an electric motor and an exhaust
oil separator filter and a vacuum-sealed horizontal steel tank,
complete with condensate drain valve.
